Alison Rothman

Alison Rothman MA CYT, is a Body-Centered Holistic Coach, Emotional Doula, Guide, Mentor, and Transformational Group Facilitator.

She specializes in authentic embodiment practices and holistic healing channels with over 25 years of experience in somatic healing arts and therapies, yoga and meditation.

Through her extensive studies and experiences, she empowers individuals to tap into their innate inner resource, release debilitating life patterns, reclaim their body, mind, heart, and soul connection. In doing so, they access their true selves so they can live life embodied and awake.

In addition to her one-on-one work, she facilitates retreats and events, runs women’s groups (both virtual and in person), writes, speaks and is the host of the podcast "Embodied and Awake."

We’ll talk about what it means to be an “expert” in health, in wellness, in embodiment, etc. and how despite years of practice and instruction, she believes that the greatest medicine to offer the world comes from navigating one’s pain and challenges in life.

She’ll also share how she manages to balance THE WORK she does with wrangling all the other pieces of running a business/being an entrepreneur like marketing, administrative tasks, etc. Her secret is surrounding herself with supportive and inspiring people and above all trusting her instincts!

If you’re a woman looking to find a transformation retreat experience, stay tuned because I’ll ask her all about these massive endeavors (she does two a year!)
