Seth Nagle
Meet Seth Nagle: the entrepreneurial spirit behind LZC, a maestro of growth marketing and HubSpot, and a self-confessed tinkerer of all things digital.
Seth cut his teeth in the high-octane world of startups, where he not only launched marketing departments but also learned the fine art of saying 'yes'—for better or for worse. This is also when we met and bonded while swapping stories of lessons learned about leadership, accountability, agility, and resilience.
Beyond his professional prowess, Seth is a lifelong soccer enthusiast, father to two little adventurers, and a husband to an extraordinary woman who continuously pushes him to new heights.
We’ll talk about the importance of surrounding yourself with a network of supportive friends and colleagues and how picking the right life partner should be part of your business plan.
He’ll share wisdom from some of his most successful marketing campaigns (and the duds), the mentors that inspired greatness, and some notes on poor leadership that he’s determined never to copy.
For example, he’s seen the importance of knowing when to lead and when to step back and support the team. Empowering others to take the initiative and excel in their roles promotes a dynamic team environment where everyone feels genuinely invested in the outcomes of their work. This in turn drives innovation and efficiency but is widely under appreciated.
He’ll share why he’s all-in on HubSpot, why marketing is the foundation for scaling a business, how micro-communities support business goals, and rightsizing a tech stack that fits business goals with team strengths in mind.
Join us as we talk all these things and more on Thursday, May 16th at 9am MST or catch the replay below!
